DePaul’s College of Science and Health will participate in the March for Science Chicago as an official sponsor for the event. The entire university community is invited to participate in the march supporting the broader scientific community.
Beginning at 10 a.m. in Grant Park, the march aims to be a positive way to affirm the value of science. The day’s events also will celebrate Chicago as a vital hub for research, technology, education and economic development. Across the U.S., April 22 is set to be a day for citizens to stand up for research funding, the integrity of scientific facts and the sharing of research critical to human health and the planet.
